The Kathmatic 3D Digital Microscope KS series is a high-end ultra depth 3D digital microscope independently developed by Kathmatic. It integrates five functions: ultra depth synthesis, billions of pixels image stitching, multispectral intelligent lighting, fully automatic electric control, and 2D/3D integrated precision measurement. It provides an integrated solution for the entire process of sample observation, imaging, analysis, and report output. The equipment does not require complex sample preparation, adopts non-contact optical detection, and meets the multiple needs of industrial quality inspection, scientific research, cultural and museum evidence, and educational popularization. It is a high-performance microscopic measurement platform.

The maximum stroke of the electric Z-axis can reach 100mm, with a minimum step accuracy of 0.1μ m. The system continuously collects multiple sets of focal plane images in the Z-axis interval, and the algorithm automatically extracts the clear area of each image for fusion, generating a true color point cloud image with global focus, solving the pain point of "partially clear and partially blurry" in traditional microscope high-low fluctuation samples; Balancing imaging quality and detection efficiency.

Supports up to 10 billion+pixel image output, with a 40% increase in stitching efficiency compared to traditional models. Equipped with self-developed shadow elimination algorithm, it has no dark corners or distortion. Divided into 2D stitching and 3D stitching: 2D stitching completes large format panoramic imaging; 3D splicing combined with Z-axis depth synthesis produces a complete 3D model with height information, suitable for complete digital archiving of entire PCBs, large-sized components, and specimens.

Standard configuration includes 5 zones and 4 colors of coaxial light, 4 zones and 4 colors of ring light, and 4 colors of bottom transmitted light. It can switch between eight lighting modes: coaxial, ring, side emission, transmission, four-color, polarization, and differential interference DIC.Simultaneously supporting aperture stop adjustment and four-color light source switching, further optimizing the imaging effect of different material samples.
