Auto-3D Image Measurement System

The KathMatic KM Series Auto-3D Image Measurement System deeply integrates the five core functions of "super depth of field microscope, image measuring instrument, film thickness analyzer, coordinate measuring instrument, and confocal microscope", without the need to replace equipment, and can complete different types of detection tasks with just one click of software: the super depth of field microscope achieves high-definition observation of the microstructure of the workpiece, the image measuring instrument completes high-precision measurement of the two-dimensional plane, the film thickness analyzer accurately detects transparent/non transparent film thickness (minimum measurable 5 μ m), the coordinate measuring instrument achieves three-dimensional spatial dimension measurement, and the confocal microscope completes micro/nanometer level morphology scanning and roughness/flatness analysis. One device replaces five traditional devices, fundamentally solving the problems of cumbersome detection processes, redundant equipment, and high costs in traditional testing, and achieving one-stop full dimensional precision detection.
